Ms. Garcia has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2008. Ms. Garcia’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appellate litigation in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Garcia has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including securities fraud, professional malpractice (accounting and law firms), class actions, business torts, director
and officer liability, contractual disputes, and antitrust cases. Prior to joining the firm in 2019,
Ms. Garcia was counsel at Kenny Nachwalter, P.A. and in-house counsel at the University
of Miami.
Ms. Garcia is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Ms. Garcia earned her J.D. from the University of Miami, where she served on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Psychology, Public Policy and Law. She earned her B.S., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
Ms. Garcia is fluent in Spanish.
